Scope of the package

Set of all-makes brake pads, fitting included, subject to the condition found on dismantling. Any part whose replacement proves necessary (discs, calipers, etc.) is priced separately and submitted for your approval before any work.

Air conditioning

The package covers the check, vacuum and recharge, carried out in all cases — the service is deemed performed once completed. Any leak in the circuit, independent of the service, is the subject of a repair quote submitted for your approval.

Each booking is checked by the workshop before confirmation. If your vehicle uses a rare part number that we do not have in stock, we offer you the nearest slot with the part on order — before you travel, never on site.

Your slot is confirmed by LNVI within 2 business hours by email. If an additional item proves necessary during the work, we call you before any additional work: nothing is committed without your approval.If the vehicle or the service does not correspond exactly to the chosen package, we call you before any intervention : the amount already paid remains acquired and is deducted from the service selected.
