Repairing is a trade. Doing it with method is the proof.
In many workshops, every repair is improvised. At LNVI, every vehicle follows a documented industrial process, from reception to return. We drew inspiration from Japanese industrial excellence — the rigour of a production line — and applied it to trucks and vans.
"LNVI Product System" is the name of our internal method, specific to LNVI — an in-house workshop organisation, not a label or a certification issued by an outside body.

Nothing is set in stone. Our methods, our standard times, our references evolve with every intervention. Each file feeds the next: the workshop keeps progressing.
A diagnosis is not guessed, it is demonstrated: fault code, measurement, diagnostic tool report as evidence. And no vehicle leaves without an exit inspection.
Every vehicle goes through the same stages — and each one produces a record added to its file.
The vehicle enters the system: file opened, history reviewed, mileage and condition recorded. We check that recent work is not about to be redone for nothing.
Record: file opened, mileage & condition recordedDiagnostic tool readout, fault codes cross-checked with the driver's complaint, reception inspection. The cause is identified and documented — not assumed. The Bilan 360 applies this step →
