After an accident, what matters most is decided not at the time of the repair but at the time of the estimate: anything that is not recorded, described and defended in front of the expert will never be paid. A sloppy quote costs the operator more than a badly repaired impact.

As soon as the vehicle arrives, its condition is recorded and photographed: the impact zone, but also everything the impact caused further along — a side member that took the blow, a door that no longer closes, a distorted axle, a torn-off light, a detached body. These are the items that disappear from quick quotes and are then left to the customer to pay for.
The estimate is then itemised line by line, supported by standard labour times. A single figure cannot be defended; an item that is described, justified and photographed can.
An expert assessment is decided in front of the dismantled part, not over the phone. We receive the expert on site, show them what was recorded, and defend each item technically. When additional work appears during dismantling, it is covered by an update to the assessment report — not a silent addition to the invoice.
We also claim what assessments most often overlook: the road test after repair, the geometry check when an axle has been hit, and paint materials.
On a truck, a chassis, a cross member or a body pillar is not straightened approximately: the return to dimensions is checked. We weld, reinforce and restore dimensions in the workshop, and we refuse cosmetic repairs that make a vehicle look good and be dangerous.
When a repair cannot be technically defended, we say so — even when it costs us the job. A vehicle that leaves must be a vehicle that holds the road.
We know what an immobilised vehicle means on an insurance file: weeks if nobody pushes. We chase the expert, we document, and we keep the operator informed of the real status — progress can be viewed online via the repair tracking.
The vehicle only leaves after a road test and final inspection.
Yes, systematically. The assessment takes place in front of the vehicle, with the dismantled parts and the photographic record to hand, and we defend each item technically.
It is subject to an additional estimate and an update of the expert assessment report before it is carried out. Nothing is silently added to the invoice.
Yes: welding, reinforcements and controlled return to dimensions. When a repair cannot be technically defended, we say so instead of disguising the damage.
Yes, from panel vans and 20 m³ box vans up to tractor units, rigid trucks, trailers and semi-trailers.
From all over Île-de-France. For an accident claim, proximity matters less than the capability of the workshop: our customers come from Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Val-d'Oise and Seine-et-Marne for this reason.
