You may have been told that servicing your vehicle with us would void your manufacturer warranty. That is false. European regulation leaves you free to choose your workshop — and LNVI protects that right.
Free choice of workshop is protected by European Regulation No. 461/2010.
A manufacturer cannot make its warranty conditional on servicing being carried out within its own network.
You can have your vehicle serviced at an independent workshop, on two conditions: follow the manufacturer's recommendations (same operations, same intervals) and use parts of equivalent quality to the original parts.
In the event of a dispute, the burden of proof lies with the manufacturer: it is up to them to show that a failure comes from poor maintenance or an unsuitable part — not you.
