A mini excavator out of action means a site on hold. Hydraulics, engine, tracks, electrics, covers and paint: one workshop, one point of contact, and genuine parts sourced from manufacturer networks.

Boom, dipper and bucket cylinders; hoses crimped to order; control valve, pump, travel and slew motors; swivel joints; tracing leaks and loss of power.
Kubota D and V series diesels, Yanmar, Perkins: hard starting, smoke, overheating, injection, cooling, belts, filtration.
Rubber tracks, track and carrier rollers, idlers, tensioners, sprockets, final drives.
Wiring harnesses, sensors, displays, seat and console safety switches, glow plugs, starter motor, alternator, battery.
Covers, doors, glazing, dozer blade, counterweight, full repaint in our booth, decals.
Servicing based on engine hours, greasing, hydraulic and engine oil changes, checks before hire or before the season.
Kubota U and KX series machines are among the most common mini excavators on building sites and in hire fleets across Île-de-France. Our mechanics know their hydraulic circuits, their engines and their typical wear points: we know their common faults. LNVI is an independent workshop, not a Kubota dealer.
A replaced Kubota cover is repainted in our booth to the manufacturer’s colour code.
JCB (8000, C and Z series), Yanmar ViO, Takeuchi TB, Bobcat E and all other makes are handled with the same method: diagnosis first, then a costed quote, repair and testing.

Machine test, fault code reading, hydraulic pressure checks, photos.
Parts and labour itemised, with genuine or quality aftermarket parts, your choice.
Workshop stock or the manufacturer’s network.
The repair, then a test of the machine under load.
Reconditioning between two hires, pre-hire checks, fleet-wide batches.
A machine out of action means a crew out of action: diagnosis comes first.
A fleet of compact equipment serviced in the same place as the trucks.
No. Kubota is our speciality, but we handle every make of mini digger: JCB, Yanmar, Takeuchi, Bobcat, Hitachi, Volvo, Caterpillar and others.
Lower the attachment to the ground, switch off the engine and locate the leak (cylinder, hose, fitting or swivel joint) without ever running your hand over a pressurised jet: hydraulic oil can pierce the skin. Send us a photo. A hose is made up in our workshop; a cylinder is rebuilt in our workshop (new seals, rod inspection).
Before replacing the track, we check the tension, the idler and the rollers: a track that comes off often has its cause elsewhere. Rubber tracks are replaced in the workshop.
We arrange transport with you, depending on the size of the machine. Mention it when you ask for a quote.
The servicing set out in the manufacturer’s schedule, based on engine hours: oils, filters, greasing, tracks and a hydraulic check. We keep the history of every machine by serial number.
Yes: covers, chassis and boom are repainted in our paint booth, in the manufacturer’s colour.
Send us a photo of the fault or call the workshop: we will get back to you with a diagnosis slot.
